MICHAEL LANE

CHAIRPERSON

Michael is a principal in the Private Business and Family Advisory division of Pitcher Partners Adelaide. He joined the practice in 1983 and was admitted as a principal in 1988 and is a past Managing Principal of the practice. Michael specialises in providing strategic and management advice to family owned and managed businesses. Throughout his career, Michael has been actively involved in his client’s business affairs holding board positions and attending management and advisory board meetings. He is also experienced in succession planning and implementation of succession plans.

CHRISTINE LOCHER

DIRECTOR

Christine Locher is an experienced business founder with over 30 years in professional services and board governance. She is the Chair of the Matthews Hospitality Group, a Member of The University of Adelaide Council, Board Director of Business SA and the Adelaide Central Market Authority and an Advisory Board member of Beerenberg. Christine has consulted extensively in publicly listed and private entities and has a passion for building thriving and sustainable organisations with a focus on their people and culture.
