  • Any abuse, fraudulent activity, or misconduct related to the loyalty program will result in immediate termination of the customer's participation.

  • Matthews Hospitality reserves the right to take legal action if necessary. 

6. Modification of Terms:

  • Matthews Hospitality reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Customers will be notified of any changes through the email address provided during enrolment.
