ABOUT MATTHEWS HOSPITALITY
With more than 80 years history and with four generations of the Matthews family behind the business, we have hospitality in our DNA. As we progress toward the future, we are extending ourselves beyond the traditional family business into a hospitality group, growing and expanding our reach.
At Matthews Hospitality, our core philosophy is making others feel good, feels great. We take every opportunity to ensure every customer feels a strong sense of our hospitality regardless of the venue they are in; that our suppliers are valued regardless of the products they sell; and our internal partners are also acknowledged as integral to our success.
The act of hospitality closely aligns with the provision of a promise and a commitment, whereby a core value of our group is that we follow through and honour our commitments by:
Empowering others
Being respectful and compassionate
Maintaining professional standards
Operating with honesty and integrity
Recognising hard work
Whilst we acknowledge our history and the success from years gone by that has transformed us into what we are today, we also understand that our journey continues. Our path into the future remains forward looking, but by no means denying our past. We have been leaders in the hospitality industry and have an incredible legacy, whereby we seek to continue to evolve and grow to be respected and admired by all. Hence, our vision to be the most revered leader in hospitality.
